Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
�Check-out extended beyond 12nn will be charged at PHP 150.00 per hour.
�Check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged at 100% of the prevailing room rate.
* Lost Key/Keycard shall be charged P2000
* Removed Key from the Keycard wallet will be charged P3000.
✔Please observe silence especially in the common areas – hallwa and lobby. Keep noise level at a minimum inside the unit.
✔Insert your room key card in the wall slot upon entering the room and the lights can be turned on. And removed upon departing and it will automatically go off.
✔Throw the garbage in the proper trash bins provided.
✔Do not dispose solid food leftover in the sinks or toilet bowl.
✔Smoking &Cooking inside this unit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
(But we have microwave,kettle,rice cooker,ref and kitchen utensils provided for both units)
✔Do not hang anything in the balcony area.
✔Turn off/unplug unused electrical appliances; turn off the main switch when going out for a long time.
✔Please take good care of everything in our home as these will be yours also for the moment.
✔Our staffs will collect P1500 as Security Deposit upon arrival (refundable upon checkout) is required to protect units from any unwanted damages, violations such as too noisy, caught hanging clothes on balcony, accompanying unregistered visitors, unreasonable damage/s of unit property, any other losses, etc. I'm sure, as guests place to be treated nicely, so no worries, it's a formality only.
✔️Please strictly adhere to condominium rules. SMDC Wind Residences' Unit Owners has it's mandate of house rules, failure to oblige warrants penalty and fine to be charged to guest/s. For example, should you do photo shoots, please make sure you make the request in advance to Property Mngr so as to process work permit before you do so, else Security to check and if no work permit is shown, penalties / fines are imposed directly to guests
✔No pets allowed.
✔Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places youve seen them.

For pool access, registration is done separately by guests directly at clubhouse reception or admin/office located on Tower 5.As this is solely managed by the Property Management. Clubhouse has a unique and elegant outdoor infinity pool and indoor pool (heated) for adults to include 2 kids' pool and a dedicated play area for kids as well. A well maintained club house area with magnificent outdoor view and interior, that will surely suit your relaxation. All worth it yet a minimal payment of Php150/pax (regular days) Php300/pax (holidays) for the use of swimming pool by the unit guest's.You can purchase the voucher in admin office tower 5 parking
