To add to this its not just action, but its massive action. Sometimes, however, if you are just getting out of a rut or at the onset of a depressive state, any action would do. Going through the motions, moving just one step or half a step towards where you want to be starts to shake off the losing streak, gets you out of that funk. Then do that small step consistently and watch it grow to something massive!
