* Sales Managers and Property Consultants *
🔵 SALES MANAGER:
• Has sales management experience and resides in Metro Manila
• College graduate, preferably with specialization in business-related courses
• With excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• With business mindset and has knowledge of internet marketing/selling (with laptop & fast internet connection)
• Has exceptional recruitment skills
• With 5 to 7 Property Consultants and ability to drive sales team to achieve maximum productivity
🔵 PROPERTY CONSULTANT:
• With sales experience (real estate, automobile, insurance or any sales oriented industry)
• With excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Resides in Metro Manila
• Preferably college graduate or finished 2nd year in college (for PRC and HLURB accreditation)
• With business mindset - will invest in personal ads (with laptop, fast internet connection and will be trained on online marketing)
• Highly motivated and sales target driven
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
