PRE-REGISTRATION:
Kindly send us a copy of 1 valid government issued ID or Passport for each guest staying at the unit.
Please send them after booking so we can fill out a guest authorisation form and have it endorsed by Red Residences property manager.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Php 1500 (refundable upon checkout)
CLEANING FEE:
Cleaning fee is not included in the rate. Guests should not leave the unit in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled linens and towel, etc.) We will charge a cleaning fee of Php 1500 or the actual cost of deep cleaning , whichever is higher, if guest left the unit in a dirty state.
