Coaching anchors PHINMA Education’s completion strategy

Getting students into college is only the first step. Keeping them there is the bigger challenge.
PHINMA Education is using full-time coaches, academic interventions and stronger student support to address learning gaps, low confidence and other barriers to completion. The strategy is showing promise, with freshman retention reaching 82 percent for the school year 2025–2026.
