The energy-saving building innovation was unveiled during the launch of DMCI Homes first high-rise development, Tivoli Garden Residences in Mandaluyong City.
Designed to maximize natural ventilation, daylight, and open spaces, Lumiventt® helps promote energy efficiency by reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day and supporting better airflow for more comfortable living.
By 2009, the first building of Tivoli Garden Residences featuring the Lumiventt® design was completed—bringing this design innovation to life for residents.
