Job Summary
The International Property Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling DMCI Homes residential properties to Filipinos living and working abroad. The role focuses on building relationships within overseas Filipino communities, conducting virtual and in-person property presentations, assisting clients through the buying process, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Promote and sell DMCI Homes residential properties to overseas Filipino clients and investors.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
Conduct online and face-to-face property presentations, webinars, and consultations.
Assist clients in identifying suitable property investments based on their needs, goals, and budget.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
Community & International Market Development
Establish strong connections with Filipino organizations, communities, churches, and associations abroad.
Participate in international roadshows, expos, property fairs, and networking events.
Develop market strategies specific to OFW and overseas Filipino segments.
Expand DMCI Homes brand presence within assigned international territories.
Client Assistance & Documentation
Guide clients through reservation, documentation, financing, and turnover processes.
Coordinate with banks, Pag-IBIG, in-house financing teams, and internal departments.
Ensure timely submission of sales documents and compliance requirements.
Provide after-sales support and assist clients with inquiries and concerns.
Marketing & Digital Engagement
Utilize social media platforms and online marketing tools to generate leads.
Create and maintain professional online presence to attract international buyers.
Conduct virtual property tours and online client meetings.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and property investment opportunities.
Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience
Experience in real estate sales, international sales, insurance, banking, or customer relations is an advantage.
Experience working with OFWs or overseas Filipino communities is highly preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong sales potential and communication skills are welcome to apply.
