On 24 October 2025, GT Capital Holdings Inc. and Ateneo de Manila University announced their partnership during a Memorandum of Agreement signing ceremony at GT Tower International, Makati City.

This strategic agreement signifies the commitment to bring an Ateneo campus to the award-winning community, Riverpark, developed by Federal Land, Inc.

“Ateneo de Manila University’s Riverpark campus adds value by bringing vitality and inspiration that bring dynamic communities to life.
