Joshua and I spent a lot of time studying:

From there, we created a concept that matched the lifestyle of the neighborhood — vibrant, social, and welcoming to travelers from around the world.
That small experiment eventually turned into something much bigger.
From managing our own property, we began helping other owners do the same — and today in 2026 we’re already co-hosting our 12th unit with property owners.
