Did you know? DMCI Homes recycles water for landscape irrigation across its condominium communities as part of its commitment to water conservation and sustainable development.

At Rosewood Pointe in Acacia Estates, Taguig City, approximately 2,401 gallons of treated water are used daily to irrigate 2.46 hectares of landscaped areas according to a study made by DMCI Homes' Design and Engineering Department. This results in annual water savings of around 874,082 gallons.

Meanwhile, at developments such as Asteria Residences in Paraรฑaque City, DMCI Homes integrated its detention tank with the rain harvesting system, allowing collected water to be reused for landscape irrigation and further reducing reliance on potable water sources.

A moment worth celebrating for everyone behind the construction of Solmera Beach Park Resort in San Juan, Batangas.

The team, led by SVP for Design, Engineering & Construction Adrian Calimbas, gathered last week for the grand topping-off celebration of the Matahari, Kartika, Bumi, Asri, and Nusa buildings, marking a major milestone as the development moves closer to welcoming guests in February 2027.

Also in attendance were VP for Concrete Services and Equipment Services Group Roseman Natunay, AVP for Construction Operations Marlo Bumatay, and Post Construction Group Manager Fleur Rubio.

The occasion recognized the dedication, teamwork, and commitment to quality of the Construction Team and Project Technical Group, whose efforts have helped bring the development to life.
