To sustain our aggressive expansion and build the next generation of top-tier property specialists, we are seeking an elite, growth-driven **Sales Director**.
**The Role**
As a **Sales Director for the BC Division**, you will function as an entrepreneurial business unit leader. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a powerful network of property consultants and sales managers. Your primary mission is to orchestrate strategic marketing campaigns, maximize inventory turnover, and secure market dominance for our premier South Metro and residential projects.

* **Sales Leadership & Recruitment:** Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales force. Actively recruit top-tier property consultants and develop them into industry leaders.
* **Strategic Campaigning:** Formulate and execute aggressive sales and digital marketing strategies tailored to target demographics, focusing heavily on modern, resort-style high-rises.
* **Network & Account Expansion:** Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and overseas Filipino investor networks.
* **Performance Excellence:** Meet and exceed monthly and annual divisional sales targets, managing pipeline velocity and ensuring high conversion rates.
* **Compliance & Integrity:** Uphold the strict professional, ethical, and legal standards of the real estate industry and the DMCI Homes brand.
# # # **What We’re Looking For**
* **Experience:** Minimum of 5+ years of solid experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity (direct experience running an independent sales agency or division is highly preferred).
* **Proven Track Record:** A documented history of hitting multi-million property sales targets and leading teams to top-producer status.
* **Industry Knowledge:** Deep familiarity with the South Metro market (Las Piñas, Parañaque, Alabang/Muntinlupa) and competitive landscapes.
* **Skills:** Strong leadership, exceptional recruitment capabilities, master-level negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of modern digital lead generation.
* **Credentials:** Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus, but dynamic sales leaders with excellent track records are highly encouraged to apply.
