Behind every “SOLD” post is a realtor who sacrificed time, energy, money, and peace of mind just to make one deal happen.
A realtor in the Philippines doesn’t just post pretty condos online. We do daily marketing, endless follow-ups, late-night client calls, site trippings during weekends and holidays, editing videos, boosting ads from our own pocket, replying to inquiries that sometimes never convert, and still waking up the next day to do it all over again.
Sometimes we cancel family time just to accommodate a client.
Sometimes we leave important occasions because a site viewing suddenly comes up.
Sometimes we spend months working on a buyer who eventually disappears.
People only see the 6-digit commission.
They don’t see the transportation expenses, food allowance, ad budget, internet bills, emotional stress, rejected clients, sleepless nights, and sacrifices behind every closed deal.
This career is not easy.
It takes patience, consistency, discipline, faith, and a strong mindset.
But despite all the struggles, it is still worth it.
Because every closed deal means helping a family find a home, helping an investor secure their future, and helping our own family survive and grow.
A realtor’s job is more than selling.
It is sacrifice, service, persistence, and hope.
