With “fresh” new cases of Covid19 averaging over 300 everyday, it seems that the pandemic is far from being over, at least for the Philippines. We, at Arabella Place, deem it our duty to do our share in stopping the spread of the virus. As early as March 2020, we implemented such measures as hand and foot sanitation, regular disinfection of facilities and encouraging the use online banking for rental payments (i.e., for those tenants who have the means). Baby steps, but nevertheless steps forward into the “new normal”.
