My client, all the way from the US, inquired on March 1, 2026. He was initially looking for a studio unit for investment and for his daughterโs future.
Everything happened so fast. He messaged me at 2 PM take note, first time pa lang namin magkausap and by 8 PM on the same day, after I sent the perfect unit, he had already reserved it. No second thoughts, no site visit just pure trust. I was honestly amazed by how decisive and kind he was. ๐ฅนโจ
I even told him, โSir, grabe po yung trust niyo sa akin we just spoke this afternoon, and you already reserved a unit.โ
And he replied, โSinabi ko sa sarili ko, Iโll message you once Iโm ready to invest. Actually, naka-save na yung name mo sa phone ko youโre the one Iโll talk to when Iโm ready.โ
He also shared that he did his own research and found that DMCI offers great value for money and strong potential for future appreciation which gave him even more confidence in his decision.
Yesterday, I finally met him together with his wife and daughter. Iโm truly happy that they loved the property the quality, the design, and especially how accessible the location is.
As an agent, moments like this are very fulfilling. Being able to guide and serve my clients, and help them find what they truly need is something Iโm always grateful for.
