To our Dear Friends, Clients, Colleagues, Co-brokers:

Please be advised that as per Partners' Meeting held today (August 6, 2022), we unanimously decided to dissolve our GPPs, the "DDR CPAs" & "DDR REBS"

Any transaction, communication and engagement in behalf of our GPPs shall no longer be recognized or acted upon by the Partnership.

Rest assured that we will fulfill, complete or accomplish any unfinished business with the clients and stakeholders transactions entered before August 6, 2022.

Any engagement or transaction entered into by any of the Partners shall be discharged in his/her personal capacity.

The same announcement applies to all transactions entered by previously listed agents under DDR REBS. Their agency agreement is officially revoked effective today, August 6, 2022.

The winding up process with SEC, BIR and LGU shall take place from August 8 until end of the year 2022.

The House of Representatives passed on third and final reading a bill extending the availment period for estate tax amnesty to four years to allow taxpayers to cope with the economic hardships brought by the COVID 19 pandemic.
