1. 𝗠𝗮𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Ang mga examinees ay pinapayuhan na dumating sa test venue 𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙜 (2) 𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙨 bago ang itinikdang oras ng pagsusulit. 𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞 𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙖𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧, alinsunod sa patakaran ng HRD Korea sa pagkuha ng pagsusulit.

2. 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Tanging ang orihinal na pasaporte lamang ang tinatanggap bilang valid identification sa araw ng pagsusulit. Hindi tinatanggap ang anumang ibang ID.

3. 𝗨𝗕𝗧 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲: Ito ay itinakda ng HRD Korea at hindi maaaring baguhin o ilipat.

4. 𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄: Ang hindi pagdalo sa itinakdang petsa at oras ng UBT ay itinuturing na awtomatikong kabiguan (automatic failure) sa pagsusulit.

6. 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱: Ang bayad para sa registration ay direktang ibinabayad sa HRD Korea. Dahil dito, hindi ito refundable sa anumang dahilan.

Bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng ika-127 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan, ang Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ay naghanda ng isang MEGA OVERSEAS JOBS FAIR sa 12 June 2025, mula 10:00 ng umaga hanggang 4:00 ng hapon sa Level 3, Robinsons Galleria – Ortigas, Quezon City.

Mahigit kumulang 3,700 bakanteng trabaho po ang naghihintay sa mga mapapalad na Jobseekers!

Narito po ang mga general requirements na kailangan sa inyong job application:
1. Passport
2. Resume
3. Copy of Diploma
4. TESDA Certificates relevant/aligned with the position you’re applying for

MAHALAGANG PAALALA:

Ang lahat po ng nagnanais na makibahagi sa ating jobs fair ay kailangan na:

❖ Punan ang kinakailangang impormasyon tulad ng:
➢ Buong pangalan
➢ Gender
➢ Address
➢ eMail address
➢ Contact number
➢ Educational background
➢ Karanasan sa trabaho (kung mayroon)
➢ Preferred job category
❖ Lagyan ng check ang I agree to the DMW Data Privacy Notice
❖ I-click ang Submit Registration button

C. Kung kayo ay nakapag register na ngunit hindi namalala ang log-in detais, i-click ang I already have Job Fair Pass. I-type ang inyong email address at ang inyongbirth date.

2. Pag Generate ng QR code
• Kung kayo ay nakapag log-in na gamit ang alinman satatlong (3) paraan ng pagpaparehistro, i-click ang “Show Job Fair Details”
• Sa Jobfair Details, i-click ang “Pre-Register” para makapag generate ng inyong QR code
• Sa araw ng job fair, ipakita ang QR code o Job Fair pass saRegistration Booth/Table.

𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
 Ang mga jobseekers/aplikante ay maari lamang mag tagalsa Job Fair Area sa loob ng bente minuto (20 mins.) para magsubmit ng kanilang resumes/curriculum vitae.
 Para sa walang hassle na paglahok sa Job Fair, siguraduhing mag-save ng kopya ng inyong QR code.
 Ang mga nakapag pre-register online at nakapag-generate ng QR Code ay bibigyang prioridad na makapasok sa Job Fair Area.
 Ang mga walk-in applicants ay maari lamang pumasok saJob Fair Area pagkatapos na makapag apply ng mga pre-registered applicants.
 Ang mga applicants ay maari din maghulog ng resumes samga dropboxes na provided ni DMW.
 Siguraduhing i-scan ang Job Fair Pass/QR Code saterminal scanner bago mag-exit sa job fair area para makumpleto ang proseso.
