We’re happy to accommodate you to our humble place. Consider this as your second home and maintain cleanliness.
Water/Toiletries/Towels are provided.
Pool, Playplace and Gym Amenities are in Tower3 - Orange bldg
Swimming Pool 8am-8pm | Gym until 10pm
Billiards 100 per hour
Roofdeck garden in T2-33rd and T1-29th for cityviewing
Pool close every 2nd and 4th monday of the month. Be in proper attire .
No smoking/vaping/drugs and loud parties.
Freebies and free amenities are not paid by the guests and provided once available and not convertible to cash,refund and should not be a reason for cancellation.

Reminder: Guests to report any issues such as refrigerator not working, leaky faucets, clogged drains, carpet stains within the 1st hour so we can fix the issue to avoid incurring potential liabilities. Avoid spilling stains and any liquid in bed/carpet As it forfeits ur deposit.

Staycation Policy

1. No eating in bed/carpet. Heavy Stains or spillage will forfeit your deposit.
2. Provide ID of all guests for your permit.
2. Swimming pool is closed every 2nd and last monday of the month
3. Clean as you go. Treat this place as your second home. We will charge cleaning fee if the place is left disorganized and needs cleaning services. Damages on the property forfeits your Security deposit. Additional payment is needed if deposit is insufficient to cover any damages.*
4. Freebies and free amenities are not paid by the guest and we provided once available and not convertible to cash,refund and should not be a reason for cancellation.
5. All items left in the property shall be claimed 2days after checkout. We have the right to dispose unclaimed items.
6. No posting of decors or stickers on the wall. U can hang them in the curtain.
7. Loud and party noise are not allowed . Please be considerate with our neighbors
8. No pets or unregistered guests allowed.
9. Turn off AC when you go out.
10. No smoking as this will trigger the smoke
Detectors. Turn on the Kitchen Range when cooking.
*damages include any form of vandalism, permanent marks, heavy stains, spillage and severe disorderliness that result to requiring major cleaning services.
Chipped off paints/vandalism - 500
Broken plates / utensils - 200 per item
Appliances - based on repair cost
Broken glass/window/mirror/furniture-based on actual cost
After party cleaning - 1k
Pet or unregistered guests - 500 each
Stained or Wet bed/Carpet - 1k

Downpayment 500 - non refundable
Security - 500 per day . Refundable upon checkout.
2. Clean as you go. Treat this place as your second home. We do not charge cleaning fee so please keep the place clean and in order when you leave.
Will charge cleaning fee if the place is left disorganized and needs cleaning services.
3. Swimming pool is closed every 2nd and last monday of the month
4. Freebies and free amenities are not paid by the guests and provided once available and not convertible to cash,refund and should not be a reason for cancellation.
5. Damages on the property shall be calculated and deducted on the Security deposit accordingly. Additional payment will be asked if security deposit is insufficient to cover any major damages. *
6. Addl payment for amenities is good for the whole day only
7. All items left in the property shall be claimed 2days after checkout. Property owner have the right to dispose unclaimed items.
8. No posting of decors or stickers on the wall. You may use illustration board to post decors.
9. No loud noise and party after 8pm. Pls be considerate with our neighbors
10. No pets. No unregistered guests allowed.
11. Turn off AC when you go out.
12. Parking is free for motorcycles depending on the availability.
13. No smoking as this will trigger the smoke
Detectors. Turn on the Kitchen Range when cooking.
