As a consequence of the merger, Casa Regalia acquired all the rights, interests, privileges, franchise and powers, inclu

ding all properties, real or personal, tangible or intangible, owned by each of the absorbed corporations; thereby increasing Casa Regalia’s net assets and broadening its operations. Projects


Casa Regalia develops and markets low cost housing products (houses priced between Php500,000.00 and Php1.3 M) through its “Carissa Homes” brand. Its projects are located in major cities and municipalities including Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, Caloocan, San Jose del Monte, Dasmarinas and Muntinlupa.
