Protocols on the use of face shields according to memorandum released on November 15, 2021:

• Alert Level 3, 2, and 1 - Voluntary

• Alert Level 4 - Discretion of local government units and private establishments

• Alert Level 5 - Mandatory

• Quarantine facilities and healthcare settings - Mandatory
