Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG) today opened the UNIQLO Logistics Facility, set to be the brand’s largest logistics hub in Southeast Asia.

The facility is located at Federal Land’s Riverpark North in Cavite.

UNIQLO Philippines COO Geraldine Sia said the building would strengthen the supply chain in the country and the region, supporting UNIQLO’s e-commerce business and ensuring the availability of its “lifewear.”

The building will be fully airconditioned but solar-powered, a “modern, responsible and people-centered” place that breaks the norms in warehouses.

FNG vice chair Yusuke Hirano noted that the facility was a testament to how Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate worked together to deliver excellence from design to construction and operation.
