When I first approached Ma’am Jen, she didn’t say a word. She simply looked at the flyer while I continued sharing everything about Avida Towers Verge..its location, features, and why I believe it’s a great investment.
After 3 or 4 minutes, she seriously said, “Okay, let’s go on a site tripping tomorrow.”
Their original plan was to invest in September, but after learning about the advantages of starting now, they decided to explore the opportunity sooner.
After the presentation, Ma’am Jen told me, “You promised there would be no commitment, but your presentation made us realize how much we would regret waiting. So, we’ll sign now. See you again on the first week or the 16th of August.”
When I first met her, I thought she was a bit intimidating but it’s my chance .. I had nothing to lose if I present what’s in the flyer and she turned out to be super bubbly, funny, and full of energy after tripping.
Moments like these remind me that people don’t always need convincing, they need the right information to make the best decision for their future.
