sharing a little knowledge...

Everytime you say "Sunod nalang ko palit Balay", you are actually 😭losing money for nothing. Here's why. Based on historiucal data every property in Cebu City right now increases by 15-20% from its total price every year making it 100% or x2 from its original price every 5yrs.

For example: The price of Decahomes 5 in Basak Sudtungan Lapulapu 5yrs ago was only 950k, now it's more than 2x as much as 2.6million.

Here's a comparison between the 2018 and 2013 market:
- 2013 - House and lot in Decahomes 5 subd has a lot area of 55sqm with garage, sold at 950k
- 2018 - Amberley 40sqm - 1.9M; Beverly Place has 42sqm at 1.9million today; Sunberryhomes has a 40sqm lot area and priced at 1.9million.
- So, if we do the math, 1.9million for a 40sqm house = 47,500/sqm in 2018.
- This means that you could have purchased a 55sqm house and lot in Decahomes at only 950k 5 years ago instead of P2,612,500 today (55sqm x P47,500).
