DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Assist the Income Auditor in the audit of hotel transactions, prepare reconciliation of cash disbursement and cash receipts transactions to the bank statements.
👉Monitoring of credit card collections credited in the bank against credit card settlement on a daily basis
👉Assist in recording financial transaction in company's book of accounts
👉Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing and reviewing financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
👉Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
👉Assist the Chief Accountant with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
👉Assist the Chief Accountant with the submission of audit requirements to the external auditors in the Annual FS examination
👉Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
👉Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
👉Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
👉Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Tech or Management Accounting
👉Preferably a licensed CPA - newly board passer is welcome to apply
👉Two and above years experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
👉Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and compliance
👉Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
👉Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
👉Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
👉Effective communication and interpersonal skills

👉Implements and/or improves existing policies, procedures and guidelines in the maintenance of the building (common spaces/facilities and individual units)
👉Regularly monitors power consumption and implements energy and cost-saving measures
👉Handles work requests and monitors projects’ work status up to completion
👉Monitors performance of maintenance and housekeeping crew as well as that of outsourced services such as garbage collection and repairs of equipment and facilities, etc.
👉Implements security and safety procedures and coordinates with proper agencies during emergency and crisis situations
👉Ensures compliance of all DENR EMB-related requirements
👉Handles other tasks that may be assigned by the direct superior and/or the BOD

🔹Prepare and file vouchers and statement of accounts.
🔹Answer phone calls and communicate with clients.
🔹File, sort, and copy records of business transactions and other activities.
🔹Assist in maintaining records of sales and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
🔹Open and sort incoming calls, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mails.
🔹Deliver messages and run errands ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including confidentiality of client's information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
