Dear Valued Residents and Renters,

In view of the forecasted entry of Typhoon Basyang within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the Property Management Office issues this advisory to inform all residents of the precautionary and preparedness measures being undertaken to ensure safety and to minimize potential risks to life and property.

Property Management Preparations

In coordination with the Property Management, Engineering, and Security Teams, the following measures are currently being implemented:

•Inspection, clearing, and testing of drainage systems, pump pits, and rainwater lines to prevent flooding;

•Securing of outdoor equipment and common area fixtures;

•Deployment of security personnel for emergency response;

•Continuous monitoring of utilities and essential building systems throughout the duration of the weather disturbance.

Resident Safety Guidelines

All unit owners, tenants, and residents are respectfully advised to strictly observe the following safety precautions:

•Secure or remove all loose items from balconies, windowsills, and service areas;

•Ensure that all windows, doors, and sliding panels are properly closed and locked;

•Charge mobile phones, power banks, and other essential devices in preparation for possible power interruptions;

•Prepare sufficient food, drinking water, and basic necessities;

•Avoid unnecessary movement within common areas during adverse weather conditions;

Advisories and Communication

Residents are encouraged to continuously monitor official bulletins and advisories issued by PAGASA and other relevant government agencies. Any additional instructions, updates, or operational advisories from the Property Management Office shall be disseminated through official communication channels.
