ANO NGA BA REQUIREMENTS NG SMDC SA PAGBILI NG PROPERTY?
Una: Pili ka ng gusto mong property at unit
Pangalawa: bayaran ang reservation fee at kompletuhin and reservation agreement.
✅ Paid Reservation Fee (5,000 or 10,000 or 15,000 or 25,000 php)
✅ Signed and completed Reservation Agreement forms ( 2 pages lng )
✅ attach a government issued ID with signature ( specimen signature may be required for validation purposes)

Q: Kailangan na ba agad mag apply ng loan?
A: Hindi pa po. Mag apply lang po kau ng loan at least 3-4 months bago matapos ang monthly payments kay SMDC.
Eg. 10 % payable in 48 months / 90 % balance via bank financing / in house financing / or Pag-Ibig loan for specific projects.
- on the 44th or 45th month, maari ka na mag apply for bank financing
Q: Can foreigners own condominium units?
A: YES, foreigners can own condominium units. The Condominium Certificate of Title or CCT of the purchased property can be under their name alone if they choose to.
