DATEM Chairman and CEO Engr. Levy V. Espiritu graced the event earlier today along with officials from ARTHALAND, Design Coordinates Inc., AIDEA, and consultants.

In his speech, Engr. Espiritu described ELURIA as a monument of DATEM's commitment to best practices and sustainable development and one of its remarkable legacies in its 40 years of existence.
