House Rules and Regulations
1. The rate is for the room only( including of cleaning fee, utilities,free wifi), meals and other services are not included. To know your room rate, please contact your host or the assigned staff. Guest registration form must be signed upon arrival.
2. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law, visitors must present personal identification card for management records.
3. Check out time is (pls check your booking) and please inform your host if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the room's availability . If the room is available, normal rate will be charged. Failure of the guest to vacate the room upon expiry of the period, management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.

4. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the condominium unit or any other part of the Condominium building for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
5. Pets is strictly prohibited.
6. Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
7. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management , if he/she brings or invites other guests , agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by the said act or as a result of the guests' s own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.
8. Smoking, gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the premises. Any traces of cigarette smoking will be charge of 2,000 pesos.
Improper disposal of trash has a violation fee of Php1,000 charged by the condo management. Please put your trash at the designated garbage room.
9. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
10. It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself or herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the condominium premises.
11. Guest are requested to observe , abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable laws, Government and Condominium Management rules and regulations.
12. Illegal parking is Php 5,000 pesos charged by condo management. Pls park at your designated parking slot if you have availed parking slot in the building.
13. Please also note that there will be times that the internet connection might not be available due to technical problem or under maintenance by the provider for several reasons which is not under our control.
In this case, the host is not liable for any partial refund in times like this. Thank you for understanding and enjoy your stay!
14. Note that Cleaning fee is for after check out and not during the stay. If you wish to request for cleaning during your stay we charge for the same fee here or lesser. For guests staying weekly or monthly, We only change the beddings and towels once a week for free but you may request for change of towel anytime for a fee of 100.00/towel and 250.00 for new set of beddings.
15. Registered visitors are only allowed but expected to obey house rules, any violations/damaged by the third party shall be guest's responsibility. No staying at night time for visitors unless paid as extra occupant. Any damage made by the guest/s in the property shall be settled before the check out.
