Please be informed that our elevators will undergo scheduled preventive maintenance activity from June 9, 2026 until June 13, 2026, between 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Kindly refer to the schedule below:

Tower 4 – June 09, 2026

Tower 2 – June 10, 2026

Tower 3 – June 11, 2026

Tower 1 – June 13, 2026

During the activity, one elevator per tower will be temporarily taken out of service for inspection and troubleshooting. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this period.

Please be advised that the condominium’s common areas will undergo the scheduled monthly pest and termite control treatment for June, starting at 10:00 AM.

PEST CONTROL – June 4, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

PEST CONTROL – June 11, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

TERMITE CONTROL – June 18, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

PEST CONTROL – June 25, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Residents who wish to include their individual units in the pest or termite control schedule may directly coordinate with our service provider:

Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,

As advised by our Meralco Account Officer, due to the current power supply condition in the Luzon Grid, Manual Load Dropping (MLD) may be implemented to help prevent a wider power outage. In line with this, temporary and controlled power interruptions may occur in affected areas, including all towers of Little Baguio Terraces on May 14, 2026, from 4:01 PM to 7:00 PM.

Please note that the schedule remains tentative and may change depending on actual grid conditions.

We encourage everyone to make the necessary preparations by:
• Charging essential devices in advance
• Preparing backup lighting or emergency power sources, if available
• Minimizing the use of high-load appliances during peak hours

Should the interruption push through, please be assured that emergency power will be available in the following areas:

• Lobbies, hallways, and amenities
• Elevators
• One (1) convenience outlet and one (1) lighting fixture inside each residential unit (after switching from normal power to emergency power using the electrical panel breaker inside your unit)

For any assistance, please coordinate with the Building Security Department at +63 917 120 7512.

Dear Valued Unit Owners/Residents,

Please be advised that the asphalt repair of the driveway will begin from May 19, 2026 to May 24, 2026. During this period, the driveway will be temporarily closed to allow our contractor to carry out the repairs.

To ensure proper curing of the overlay asphalt, all vehicle passage from both SunTrust Aurora Gardens and Little Baguio Terraces driveways will be temporarily prohibited. This measure is necessary to ensure the quality and durability of the repair work.

Moreover, parking slots owners of Little Baguio Terraces will only be permitted to pass through their designated parking areas during the repair period.

All residents are advised to use the designated sidewalk of each towers; pet owners are prohibited to walk their pets on the asphalt during the curing period.

The driveway will be reopened for use tentatively on Monday, May 25, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
