FAQ's-Housing Loan PAG-IBIG Fund

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR A PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOAN?
1)At least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings (A Lumpsum payment of the required monthly membership savings is allowed);
2)Age of not more than sixty-five (65) years at the date of Application & not more than seventy (70) years at maturity of the Loan;
3)Legal Capacity to encumbered Real Property;
4)Ability to pass satisfactory background /Credit & employment / Business Checks of Pag-Ibig Fund;
5)No outstanding Pag-Ibig Short Term Loan (STL) in arrears at the time of Loan Application;
6)No Pag-Ibig Housing Loan that was foreclosed, bought back due to default, or subject to dacion en pago;FAQ's-Housing Loan PAG-IBIG Fund
