Business Performance Review with our Dubai Marketing Partner

Today, I had the privilege of facilitating a Business Performance Review with our marketing partner in Dubai

and the conversation stayed with me long after the call ended.

We didn’t talk about tactics first.

We talked about intention.

My coachee is currently an employee,

thoughtfully preparing for a transition into entrepreneurship within the next 3 to 5 years.

Our discussion centered on one powerful truth:

Growth Doesn’t start with action—it starts with clarity.

Clarity about why you want to grow,

when you want to move,

and who you need to become along the way.

As we mapped timelines anchored on intention,

it became clear how coaching creates space to think long-term

instead of reacting short-term.

Moments like this remind me

why I’ve invested deeply in studying performance coaching

it allows me to contribute meaningfully to the people I work with,

beyond numbers and titles.

If you’re exploring a career in real estate selling

and want clarity on whether this path fits your long-term goals,

Send me a MESSAGE.

Let’s see if we’re a perfect fit.

I had the privilege of listening to Prudencio "Pruds" Garcia, President of Mekeni Food Corp.

I walked away reminded of why entrepreneurship is never just about profit

—it’s about purpose, endurance, and faith.

Sir Pruds shared how Mekeni began not in a fancy facility,

but as a backyard food processing business in a far-flung barrio in Pampanga.

No glamour.

No shortcuts.

Just grit, long days, and the courage to keep going when the odds were clearly stacked against them.

From that humble beginning to becoming a globally recognized Filipino food brand

it was never a straight line.

What struck me most was his honesty about the crossroads they faced.

Multiple moments when the business was this close to folding up.

Cash flow crises.

Tough decisions.

Seasons where quitting would have been the logical, even sensible, choice.

Yet what carried them through was relentless stamina
..the kind that doesn’t come from motivation alone,

but from conviction.

He spoke powerfully about stewardship:

taking care of your people, your “flock,”

especially when times are hard.

Leadership, he said, is not about control, but responsibility.

And woven through his entire journey was an unwavering acknowledgment of God’s role in his business life

—not as an afterthought, but as a foundation.

In a world obsessed with speed and scale,

this was a timely reminder:

build patiently,

lead faithfully,

endure bravely.

Success that lasts is never accidental—

It is forged in adversity, anchored in values, and sustained by faith.
