Q: How much for cheapest units? A: We have rooms for rent as low as PHP 7,500. You will have a room of your own for that very low price! This room can house up to three people so you can invite family and friends to join you. Q: Do you have rooms for 4-6 people? We have a limited number of rooms that can house up to 6 people. cks are in the room. Q: I will not be using all three bunks on the triple deck, can I remove one or two? Our triple decks are modular, meaning you can adjust the height of the beds and you can also remove beds which you don't want. Please look at our pictures! Q: What about utility bills for electricity and water? A: All units have their own electric and water meters. These submeters provide accurate pricing of your monthly utility consumption. Unlike other dormitories, we do not add a mark-up to this in order to be sure your utility bills are as low as possible. Q: What is included in the rental? Bed Cushions (aka Kutsyon ng k**a) are sold separately at factory price of 2,500 pesos. This is optional so you can choose to bring your own. Airconditioners can be rented for as low as 680 pesos a month. (note: for bedspace rooms, Aircon is already included)
Q: What about Comfort rooms in the rooms? A: Each room has its own CR! No need to worry about long lines! Q: What is the contract period? A: Our standard contract period is 1 year. But for reviewees we allow stays as short as 4 months. Q: What are terms of the contract? A: One month advance and 2 months deposit for the rent. Q: Can you give me some examples of rules? Cooking is allowed. Visitors are allowed to go in for room tenants. Visitors of bedspacers are allowed in the lobby only to respect the privacy of other tenants.
