Update:

I have not yet passed the CSE that is why i am not yet a government employee. Attorney Paul Vega Ree gave me notice that i have no employment nor affiliated at the City Planning Development Office. But I have the Routing Slip from Office of the Mayor and Office the Chief of Staff that eneded at CPDO. But they said they do not have vacancy at that office on that day July 2025 so i just taken up the August 2025 CSE that is why i did not return right a way within the year 2025 to follow up my Appropriation letter and request letter for desk space and a computer. I supposedly planned to return on October after the CSE result but mother told me to return in Manila City Hall on January 2026 because of daughter duty in our farm in Pangasinan. But on January 2026 they still do not have vacancy and the attorney gave me a notice that i do not have enough documents yet to activate this account.

But i have done some paper works and known some facts from the offices of Survey Division at the Manila City Hall and DENR for implementing any private or government project plans.
