Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install and make emergency repairs to various kinds of fixtures and equipment
• Responsible on the Periodic inspection of the office building
• Schedule and facilitate cleaning of air-conditioner on the office
• Facilitate and lead; health and safety issues including, fire audits and Dole Compliance on Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)
• Make repairs of lighting circuits, conduit and duct systems and other types of electrical lighting, signal and power equipment.
• Responsible on the acceptance of incoming documents and materials
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering specialized on Electrical, Mechanical
• A two years of work experience in one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cabinet/furniture making, or heating and air conditioning
• Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair activities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have a solutions focused attitude
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Be trustworthy and conduct the role with integrity
