Maraming first-time buyers ang nalilito: "Ms. Kath, saan ba mas makakatipid? Saan ba mas madaling ma-approve?"

Ang totoo, walang "best" option—meron lang "𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁" para sa budget at lifestyle mo. Para hindi ka na mahilo sa pagpili, heto ang quick breakdown:
