We are a US-based company and we are looking for a Leasing/Sales Agent that can reach out to clients and rent as many units as possible.

You will be responsible for advertising on all platforms, pre-qualify prospects, scheduling tours, following up with prospects, and receiving the deposit.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a list of vacant apartments and move-out dates.
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies (online ads, listings, signs, etc.)
- Text, call, email whatever it takes to schedule, and follows up with a prospect to rent units
- Adhoc tasks

Required traits and skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Sales or Real Estate
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and is able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable.
• STRONG written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Manifests enthusiastic self-motivation and possesses a commitment to professional growth

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

Requirements:

-Windows 10 and above laptop/pc
-Noise-cancelling USB Headset
-Stable Internet Connection (LAN) Atleast 25mbps
