Marketing Assistant
Department: Accounting
Rationale: This position is to serve as a customer service department as well as a check and balance to third-party marketers.
Primary Function
-Documenting of real estate clients for bank loan approval
-Liaison with the bank and clients
-Handle client concerns, and manage clients
-Part of the turnover team
-Documenting of accredited brokers and agents
-Remote coordination with brokers and agents as support to their marketing efforts
Qualifications
-Must be a college graduate
-Must be of strong mind
-Must be comfortable with customer service
-Must be able to understand basic accounting and finance
-Must be adaptable
-Must be a fast learner
Compensation
Additional compensation on top of the incentive per unit and base monthly pay is subject to how well the candidate performs duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month
