๐๐ ๐๐๐ช ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ค ๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ค ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฃ ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐.
Ten years of choosing each other.
Ten years of growing, stumbling, praying, and progressing.
And weโre still going - not because weโve got it all figured out, but because Godโs been faithful, and weโre learning to walk FAITHful and FEETful every day. Yes. We literally walk with our feet daily; we use them to take another step out of bed in the morning, to take another step to work on the ministry that God entrusted to us, to take another step towards each other despite our misunderstanding, and to take another step to fulfill God's instructions no matter how hard and challenging they are.
So on this special day, here are my T.E.N. Years worth of learning as a husband.
T - Take the First Step
"As for me..."
Leadership in marriage starts with the husband. Before we can lead our home, we have to walk with God personally. Real strength is spiritual surrender.
E - Elevate Our Role
"...and my house..."
Our presence is powerful, but our spiritual direction is priceless. Let's be the one who leads in love, prayer, forgiveness, and faith - not perfectly, but intentionally.
N - Never Stop Choosing
"...we will serve the Lord."
Faithfulness isnโt made in grand gestures - itโs built in small, daily decisions. Keep choosing love, service, and surrender - over and over again.
These T.E.N. are all made beautiful and meaningful because I learned all of them with my wife, Monique Kirsten. ๐ฅฐ Hereโs to the next chapter. Still growing. Still learning. Still a . ๐โค๏ธ
