🟥How many people can stay in the unit?
The maximum number of people we permit to reside the unit is 4 people
🟥Are pets allowed?
No, as much as we love pets, we strictly prohibit bringing pets inside our apartment units
🟥What are the payment terms?
One month advance, two months deposit
🟥Is street parking allowed?
We only allow motorcycle parking outside the apartment
🟥How much is the monthly rent?
P14,000, but still negotiable if viewers are interested
🟥What is the minimum length of the rental?
One year contractual
