ADMIN / SECRETARY (PART-TIME)
WORK LOCATION: Sun Valley, Paranaque
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday
SALARY OFFERED: depending on experience & hours chosen

Responsibilities:
• Organizes client accounts by using Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in English is important.
• Coordinates booking of sales and other sales requirements with Developers.
• Handles after-sales concerns of clients Prepares booking documents
• Prepares sales kits and necessary materials before client meetings
• Assists in viewing, ocular and / or unit turnover
• Ensures proper filing of documents
Fresh Grads or Experienced admins welcome.
