Can be leased on daily, weekly or monthly. The unit has one bed, but the whole room can accommodate 1-2 persons. It is almost fully-furnished, all you need to do is move in. The gym and pool amenities inside the building are located on the second floor and can be used. My unit is on the fifth floor, Sunrise Corner. There are no definite parking slots but the building has 20 slots free for resident

s' parking use (first come, first serve). The building has 39 units only, so noise and crowd traffic won't be a bother. I also offer car rental with driver service for your convenience. Availability depends on the driver's schedule. Malls/Establishment near my place:
