Do you have an empty room?space?unit?apartment?, and a reasonable rent fee?
Last question, do you need the money?
Don't just sit there, scrolling down like an idiot!
You won't have some, unless you do some.
Post your listings(space for rent) here so that people would see whether it fits their need. And lastly, after you've decided how much you want from your tenants. Please do the following:
1) Deduct 10% from your final Price.
2) Remove that 1month Deposit warranty.
Stop being greedy for you to actually have some,
you need tenants as much as they need you.
Stop feeling entitled to ask too much,
if you can't even give a little, you won't have any.
