We would like to inform you that we are shifting to an 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 for distributing monthly billing statements. With a target commencement in April, your 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗢𝗔) will be sent via email instead of printed copies.

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱, we kindly ask you to provide an 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 where your monthly billing statements and future announcements can be delivered.

We will also be issuing a transition letter that requires your email address and signature. Please submit the signed hard copy to any of our staff (maintenance personnel, laundry staff, or the admin office).
