✅ water heater by the shower room
✅ queen size wooden bedframw with uratex bed and matress and pillows
✅ dining table and chairs
✅ clothes closet and storage
✅ mini sofa with storage space...

✅Indoor Pool 🏊‍♀️ 🏊

✅At the ground floor there is Cafe and 24/7 convenient store too

When you go down, there are plenty of Fastfood chains like McDonalds, Bonchon, KFC, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, and more just few steps from the building.

Vito Cruz station too is literally a few steps.
Access to parks and airport is very quick via taxi Grab or Angkas...
