The facility is under the eye of 24 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, manned by several live-in staff, and guarded by 24/7 lobby security guard / personnel. Before reaching a tenant unit, one has to pass through three RFID access control points. And lastly, each unit door is protected by a mortise cylinder lock system.

These are raw photos of Studeo Suites solo unit undergoing finishing and prior to installation of air-conditioner and supply of furniture and other appliances.
This is the third floor solo unit for staff personal use. There are only two solo units for lease, both on the upper floors. They have a full and better view of the Sta. Cruz, Manila district shown in the last photo.
