yung unit po can be rented or owned. pero mas maganda na po if you're going to buy. affordable po yung prices, actually sobrang mura na niya to think na it's located in manila. AND FLOOD FREE!magandang investment na din saka malapit sa school, mall, etc. for more info pakitxt na lang yung cell no. sa page na to. thanks. God bless. :)
