1. What is the brief history of 2035 Agno?

2035 Agno was established in 2008 as a commercial space for food stalls and vendors who operated around Fidel Reyes St. It has been operating ever since, and now houses 25 stalls.

2. Who are 2035 Agno’s main competitors?

2035 Agno competes directly with EGI Towers and One Archers condominium.

3. What are Agno’s advantages and disadvantages?

What gives Agno the advantage over the other commercial centers is the flexibility of the retail space. Spaces can easily be combined and divided to be more flexible for potential tenants. Also, Agno is located right across the Gokongwei building and in between the Miguel and STC buildings.

4. How can you put up your own stall in Agno?

Stalls are set up on a one year contract, with the requirement of 2 months deposit in advance and approval from the Department of Trade and Industry.

5. Do you have any plans of expansion?

Food Scent Enterprises, Inc., is looking at a piece of commercial real estate across the Manila Cathedral as a potential location for creating another food court to cater to parish goers and students around the area.
