Because our pets are family too, we want to know of course if we could live with them in our new home. Thus, one of our frequently asked questions is:
"Are pets allowed in the condo?"
The answer of course is a relieving YES! Homeowners are allowed to own a pet inside their Empire East suite provided that they belong to the standard pet species and size such as dogs, cats, fish and birds. Also, all pets in a condo must be duly vaccinated by a licensed VET, and registered annually in the condo's admin. It's also important to note that pets must not be owned in commercial quantity.
The condominium rules and guidelines given to homeowners upon turn over of their units list the complete information on pet ownership inside an Empire East condominium. To know more about pet rules and/or to visit our pet-friendly sites and showrooms, call 810-3333
