The BIG difference between Property Investment vs. Crypto or Stock Trading is that the latter, majority have problems controlling their emotions and the fear of losing out more.

Opo Sir, kasi nun nabili nyo wala pa developments dun, ginagawa pa un CountryClub, ginagawa pa un New Cllark International Airport, at ginagawa pa nun mga MegaHighways at wala pa un Railways na magko connect sa Metro Manila.
Wala pa dyan un mga exclusive schools, business parks, and commercial/industrial parks ng Ayala project.
And considering 50% pa lang progress now, ganyan na tinaas.

Kung fully paid na ito, pwede mo itong e collateral para magsimula ng negosyo na gusto mo. Ang rental income nito at kita mo sa negosyo and ipambayad mo rito. Dahil naging magaan para sa iyo nag bayaran kaagad ang capital loan mo sa banko.
