Every Hive project starts with a feasibility assessment and site visit.

We check everything from road access and crane clearance to village restrictions, existing structures, setbacks, and permitting requirements.

All of this is assessed before design and construction begins, so we know exactly what the site requires and the client knows what to expect.

Most of the work happens before the home ever reaches your site.

By the time a Hive Casita leaves the factory, the wiring, plumbing, fixtures, and finishes are already installed.

That’s a big part of what makes our process so much faster.

On-site, the foundation and key connections are prepared ahead of delivery. Once the Casita arrives, the modules are positioned, stitched together, waterproofed, sealed, and finished.

The result? About a week of work on-site instead of months of construction.

What excites us most about Hive isn’t the factory or the finished Casitas. It’s everything that hasn’t happened yet. 🐝

A team built. A factory running. Projects delivered across the Philippines. By most measures, that’s a win. But to us, it’s the starting line, because the real opportunity is in how much of housing still needs reimagining. 🏗️

A quiet factory doesn't mean we're slowing down.

We just shipped two Hive projects to their final destinations, so for a moment, the factory is empty.

But not for long. New projects are already underway.

And this is exactly why building in a factory matters, especially in the middle of typhoon season.

While rain and weather can bring construction sites to a standstill, our controlled factory environment keeps production moving.

One year of building with Hive taught us something we didn't fully expect:

The possibilities go far beyond residential homes.

In our first year, we've built more than just houses. We've explored bathroom pods, cafés, commercial spaces, and other applications, all using the same factory-built system.

Built in a controlled environment. Delivered to site 90–95% complete.

The more we build, the more we see what this system can do.

Building a home from halfway around the world sounds complicated.

For this balikbayan client, it didn't have to be.

She was based in the US throughout the project, with most of the communication happening through Zoom and email. Before construction even began, the details were discussed, decisions were made, and expectations were aligned.

From there, the Hive team provided updates at every step of the process.

By planning everything upfront and keeping communication consistent, she could stay involved in the project without needing to be on-site.
