Last May 20โ€“21, 2026, MTM Crew Management Philippines Inc. was delighted to welcome Managing Director Capt. Rajiv Singhal, Group Head Mr. Ajit George, Owners' Representative Mr. Rishi Qasba, and the visiting team during their stay in the Philippines for the Bulk Carrier Safety Seminar 2026.

Although their visit was brief, it provided a meaningful opportunity for the MTM Manila team and our seafarers to connect, exchange insights, and strengthen the relationships that unite us. Moments like these remind us that behind every successful operation is a team working together with a shared commitment to safety, excellence, and the welfare of our seafarers.

MTM Crew Management Philippines recently gathered our bulk carrier seafarers for the Bulk Carrier Safety Seminar held on May 20 and 21, 2026, at Kimberly Hotel.

For two days, our crew members took part in meaningful discussions on safety, operational excellence, and crew welfare. More importantly, it was a chance for them to reconnect, exchange experiences, and learn from one another's time at sea.

We were privileged to be joined by MTM's Managing Director, Capt. Rajiv Singhal, along with other visiting management representatives and Mr. Rishi Qasba, Manager, Operations of Pangea Logistics. Their presence and engagement with our seafarers highlighted the importance of working together to maintain safe and efficient vessel operations across the fleet.

Following the seminar, Capt. Rajiv Singhal and the visiting team also visited the MTM Manila office, where they met with our shore-based staff and reinforced the strong partnership between ship and shore teams.

At MTM, safety remains at the heart of everything we do. Through initiatives like this seminar, we continue to invest in our people, strengthen our safety culture, and support our seafarers both onboard and ashore.
